"I'm Mylo, I'm 28 and I have been passionate about outdoor sports my whole life, having grown up in the Southern Alps and practicing all mountain activities. After 3 years of study in the United Kingdom, to do a degree in marketing and management, I returned to France
to pass my BPJEPS in white water in 2020. I have been a river guide since then and have become a sponsored kayaker thanks to the creation of regular content on my networks.

I am now looking to develop my career and share my experiences in the Giffre Valley. The goal of creating Zen River Camp for me is to present a new form of basic rafting in Haute-Savoie, by combining Yoga, well-being and a multitude of activities that will make you discover nature, the mountains, and the river! I want to highlight new activities and over time develop a caring and nature-respecting community."

"I am Amaya, a young yoga teacher who graduated in Ashtanga and Vinyasa in March 2024. My story with yoga began in 2019 when I felt a strong need to disconnect from work, the stress of life, worries and a strong need to reconnect with myself, a need to move my body, a need to breathe, to discover myself and to offer myself quality time with myself. Yoga quickly became my escape, MY moment where I take care of myself, care of my mind and my body, a moment that is sometimes gentle and sometimes dynamic, a moment where I am in my comfort zone and where sometimes I exceed my limits.

Above all, I love teaching, passing on my knowledge and my passion for yoga, I love accompanying my students towards their progress, towards better self-knowledge and reconnection. I try to create during my classes a bubble of kindness and sharing, without competition and without judgment."
